Denise writes:
I took the image this past Sunday.. Mother's Day, May 11th, 2008
around 2pm central time in an area called Kingston Tennessee
just past the Whitestone Inn.
I stopped the car just to take photos of a bunch of great horses in a field.

I have several shots of the horses but only this one has the possible rod image.
This was not photo shopped, or added to make this a hoax. I cropped it so you could see it better.
Original...oh I did darken the photo eariler and then...
I cropped it so you could see the white image going across
the middle of the horse's face. No hoax here.
Can this be studied to see if it is or is not a rod?
Please let me know..

I believe the suppose it rod near the snout of the horse is in fact a insect.
I have heard of rods of all lengths ranging from 100's of feet to mere inches.
Though the segmented
body along with appendage wings- brings my conclusion- an insect.I have studied entomology in Forestry.

Does not look like a manufactured object!
Could be an insect or some type of organic plant life!
